This multicenter retrospective study analyzed 250 serum infliximab concentrations from 45 patients (both IV-to-SC switchers and SC-naïve). A one-compartment model with first-order absorption fit the data.
The final model linked higher suspected immunogenicity to substantially increased clearance and showed a modest per-kilogram effect of body weight on clearance.
