What To Know
This is a registered interventional ex vivo clinical study (not yet recruiting) testing whether simultaneous inhibition of TL1A, IL-23, and α4β7 pathways with a tri-specific inhibitor (ATTO-1091) produces stronger anti-inflammatory effects in mucosal biopsies from people with Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's Disease, and non-IBD controls.
Biopsies collected during routine colonoscopy will be cultured and compared across conditions (tri-specific inhibitor, individual pathway inhibitors -- listed in the record as sulisokibart/tulisokibart?, risankizumab, vedolizumab -- and vehicle controls) with molecular readouts including ELISA and RNA sequencing.
Participant involvement is limited to extra biopsies and a small blood draw during a scheduled colonoscopy; no investigational product is given to participants in vivo.

This is an ex vivo laboratory study using biopsies and molecular assays — not a trial of giving the drug to patients.
