What To Know

This is a prospective, single-center diagnostic accuracy trial where each enrolled adult will receive TPUS, MRI, EUS, and EUA within 10 days. Imaging reads are performed independently and blinded. EUA is treated as the gold standard, and EUS is used as a reference standard in comparisons.

The study uses routine clinical imaging performed by experienced operators; no experimental treatments are given.
