Researchers found generally poor diet quality—low fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fiber; high saturated fat, added sugars, and animal protein—and identified four dietary patterns (vegetable‑rich, dairy‑rich, fruit‑rich, coffee/sweetener‑rich).
