What To Know

This is a prospective observational clinical trial testing AccuMeasure, a laser-based measurement tool used during standard-of-care gastrointestinal endoscopies to measure lesion and polyp size.

The study will compare AccuMeasure readings to visual estimation, snare-based sizing, and established endoscopic scores (SES-CD, CDEIS, Mayo endoscopic score) and correlate measurements with symptomatic indices (CD PRO2, partial Mayo) and fecal calprotectin.
