What To Know
The VIBRANT-IBD study is a small (≈15 participants), single-arm pilot enrolling adults with IBD in remission.
Participants will self-administer auricular transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation daily for 28 days using the Nurosym device and complete resting-state and structural MRI scans before and after the intervention, along with standardised psychological questionnaires.
